Riverfront is one of few organizations that offers services for the whole person in all areas of life – work, home and community. Each year the agency is evaluated by participants, families and guardians, funding agencies, employers, and business clients and each year it scores high satisfaction across all groups.
Riverfront has obtained the highest level of national accreditation, three-year, from the CARF. CARF is an independent, nonprofit organization focused on advancing the quality of services you use to meet needs for the best possible outcomes. Providers meeting CARF standards have demonstrated their commitment to being among the best available.
Real Hope
Riverfront’s annual budget is about $11.5 million, and it currently employs 309 part-time and full-time staff members. Revenue sources include services contracts and income earned from Riverfront’s work centers, along with grants and donations.
Financial gifts are critical to continuing the Riverfront mission, providing a continuum of innovative support for people with disabilities so they may live meaningful lives. Riverfront relies increasingly on generous gifts – both monetary and intangible – from people who understand the value of integrating people of all abilities into neighborhoods, churches, workplaces and communities.
