The After Hours Program is a successful program that connects people who are challenged by mental health issues with social opportunities and recreational activities.  This group meets twice a week from 3:00 to 6:00 P.M. and participates in a variety of activities.

Some activities are in-house.  Perhaps a spaghetti night followed by board games.  Other activities get everyone out in the community, perhaps for a stroll by Riverside Park and an ice cream cone at the Pearl.  Once each month the group meets to talk about possible activities for the weeks ahead and together, decide which ones they wish to participate in. 

All activities are low cost.
