You deserve to live as independently as possible, no matter your health issues or disability. That’s where Riverfront comes in-we’ll help you right in your own home. Whether you need to build your daily living skills, want to get out in your community, or simply need help with certain tasks, we have a program that fits your needs.
Explore Your Community
If you want to get out to your favorite local spots or explore new interests and activities, we have the program for you. You’ll work with Riverfront staff to plan activities that interest you. Here are just a few of the activities you might consider:
- Visiting the library to use the Internet
- Getting a haircut
- Shopping at the farmer’s market
- Volunteering at a local organization
- Taking music lessons
Daily Living Support
Most of Riverfront participants are able to live in their own homes or apartments. You may just need a bit of training to live on your own, or perhaps you simply need someone to help you. Either way, we’ll support your needs.
Here are just a few of the ways we can help you at home:
- Menu planning
- Grocery shopping
- Money management
